Crime and punishment – the liability of the football clubs for the behavior of its supporters

Law and the sportgerichtliche law deal returning from current events with the question, whether and to what extent football clubs to stand up for the behaviour of their supporters. National and international associations have each established objective causal liability in their rules and regulations, are sanctions to competitive exclusion against the clubs even then, if the jurisdiction of the Association finds the lack of internal fault of the clubs. The legality of the construction is a controversial ever again. The author keeps them on the scale of State law, as well as the autonomy of the Federation for not to justify and proposes to move away from the current paradigm of repressive sanctions and instead to establish an effective system of preventive security.
